IMHO: Bonds in ‘Danger Zone’

Bond prices (and yields) are entering the “danger zone.”

TLT ($TLT), another low.

As I noted earlier, the equity risk discount is growing ever wider.

For the second day in a row, TLT ($TLT) getting hit (bond prices lower, yields higher) and trading at the day’s lows.

Equities are impervious.

Observation

A further conspicuous decline in TLT ($TLT) (-$0.77) this morning.

The equity risk premium’s discount is ever widening.

Positions: None.

Bonds ($TLT) at the lows of the day.

This should limit the customary afternoon rally.

I just sold out my $TLT at $85.87 for a quick profit.
