We’re Adding to This Streaming Position for 4 Reasons

NFLXBuy365$881,7352.6%

After you receive this alert, the Pro Portfolio will buy 365 shares of Netflix ($NFLX) at or near $88. Following the trade, the Portfolio will own 1,735 NFLX shares, roughly 2.6% of its assets.

After sitting on the sidelines with NFLX shares following the company’s Q1 2026 earnings report, we are adding to our position for a few reasons. First, the shares have declined nearly 20%, which as we know, is more than a correction. Second, revenue and margins stand to benefit from pricing actions across all U.S. streaming plans taken in late March. Third, on Wednesday, Netflix will hold its Netflix 2026 Upfront, which is expected to showcase the platform’s ability to compete in the advertising market. Fourth, we are starting to see what looks like an upturn in MACD indicator for the shares.

For those reasons, we are stepping further into the shares on Tuesday. However, given our concerns about the potential for a market pullback, we are not growing the position size to a full one on the day. We’ll continue to chip away on that front in a prudent manner.

On our shopping list are the shares of Arista Networks ($ANET), Axon ($AXON) and TJX ($TJX).
