VIDEO: Energy Overhang, Diplomacy Catalysts Set Stage for Earnings Season

Chris Versace joined Alex Coffey at the Schwab Network on Monday to discuss why falling oil prices may not ease consumer pain, with elevated fuel costs likely to linger into early next year. We are seeing those higher energy prices start to flow through corporate earnings just as quarterly reporting season approaches.

The two also discussed why diplomacy is the next potential market catalyst and revisited the connection between the Magnificent Seven and chip stocks.
