I’m taking a small trading long rental in the indices:

A selloff in chip stocks sparked a move into overlooked sectors ahead of the key jobs report.
Instead of causing concern, the selling in semiconductors triggered vigorous buying.
Here’s my strategy as the Dow rises as cash rotates out of overbought semiconductor stocks.
With S&P futures -73 handles (following large declines in reporting companies CrowdStrike ($CRWD) and Broadcom ($AVGO) I am covering some of my shorts from yesterday and this morning:

* $QQQ $741.69
From last night and during Tuesday’s regular trading session:

With the sizable rally in the Nasdaq to positive I have added to my index shorts:
