* I initiated trading long rentals in $BAC at $50.12, $C at $122.02 and $WFC at $83,73.

* I covered my $ARKK short at $80.03 and my $FIGS short at $21.16.

* I covered my $AAPL short at $345.70.

* I added to $MSOS at $3.93, $GTBIF at $6.25, $GLAS at $2.23 and $VRNO at $5.03.

* I added to $GLD at $362.10.

Here is The Dales Report’s summary:

In terms of timing, this likely represents a FINAL delay of the rescheduling process and will probably  lead to the judge’s recommendation in November:

“The parties are not being required to file any briefs on the matter, but are invited to submit initial filings by October 29 and any replies by November 5.” (Source: TDR)

Considering the lengthy time that cannabis investors have waited for a rescheduling decision this is not too punitive and will likely put a conclusion on the process shortly.

I am adding to $MSOS on the weakness.

Fortunately the judge has given the DEA only one week (on ten pages) to respond.

I continue to add to cannabis — with concentration of $MSOS and $GTBIF.
