From The Street of Dreams

I have been short Winnebago ($WGO) for 3-4 years.

I placed WGO on my Watch List (Short) in March 2023 at $59.67.

The shares are currently trading at around $27.70.

Citi analyst James Hardiman lowered the firm’s price target on Winnebago to $29 from $30 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. Recreational vehicle industry trends have “remained consistently challenged” through 2026, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Citi sees little evidence to suggest a near-term inflection. It believes the recreational vehicle stocks can outperform once trends “show positive signs of life.”

Not with $105 crude oil!

Position: Short WGO (S)
